TSA5511 and ATTINY2313 based frequency meter/counter up to 1,3GHz.
Has multiple options & configurations:
1. can be used together with PC to measure frequency or to control some external PLL generator frequency through RS232 line.
2. can be used as standalone device for same purposes as written above, user interface by LCD screen and two buttons.
Does not work without external hardware.
